If a package is returned due to:

  • Refusal of delivery

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

While we will assist in working with the shipping carrier, Kyroxs cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Claims for damaged shipments should include photographs of:
